Jad Khattar

Jad Khattar is the Co-Director and Founder of the record-breaking, award-winning Black Diamondz Group. Since its establishment in 2009, Black Diamondz has been renowned as Sydney's leading source for off-market, ultra-high-end, luxury, and prestige properties. In 2014, the company was awarded the International Success Story Award by the Hong Kong Business Federation and presented at Parliament House.

Jad Khattar grew up in a family that respected both property and business. He ran a successful building material business in the Middle East and Africa after graduating from school. Re-locating to Australia to work in real estate, he met his wife Monika Tu, who at the time was Co-Director of Laser Corporation, a multinational electronics corporation. She had grown the company from a small electronics company to a multinational corporation with more than 50 products, including a range of over 13 categories. Combining their international business successes, their passion for high-end real estate, Jad's construction expertise, and Monika's entrepreneurship background, the Khattar family has become a successful story. As a result of their partnership with Australian Red Cross, Black Diamondz Group has become a widely-acclaimed real estate agency.
